My 2 yr 10 m old baby not eating properly and having mucous in stool with stomach ache. What should I do?

A. Hi mom Mucus in stool with stomach ache is due to infection in stomach. For this u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby. Take care
