my 2 years old son having fever by late evening and now by 1.27 am he is having 102.8 fever. what to do immediately to decrease it plz suggest. also hs hand n feet are cold but his head and body is hot.

A. dear mom. Give syp crocin in right dose and at 4 to 6 hours of interval for 3 days. For any fever paracetamol is fine..after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging
