My 2 years old daughther frequently complaining "mummy pipi aai he" but she never pass urine every time..why she feel urine passing condition she scratch wall and eats color i try to stop her but whenever i am not nearby her she eats wall limestone what can i do plz suggest

restrict as you notice the baby doing so
maintain a behaviour chart add star and smiley as baby listen to you
complaining always give a visit to doctor
