My 2 years old daughter eats too much of saunf and jeera. Is it good for her?

A. Hello mom anything is excess is always not good for ones individual health everything has a limitations and that is good practice to follow so a little is fine but not always and not in excess

A. Hello dear parent! Daily consumption of a little jeera and saunf is alright. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
