ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 days agoA. Namaste Mom, You should probably prefer to replace it with age appropriate books as such, and avoid screens read , sing, talk to them while they are eating as such.

Actually giving screen time is not a good idea so what you can do is to engage your child do some activity when you are feeding the child you can play you can narrate a story you can look for different activities that you can do while feeding the child that’s how only you can break the pattern
