My 2 year son has got stomach infection and after 2 weeks got pneumonia last month. His weight was 10.8 during that time. After that he is out of all infection, doctor has given vitcofol syrup. It’s around 1 month we are giving him that but his weight doesn’t seem to increase. Please suggest

Hello mom give him time to recover well and get back to his normal activities , gradually it will happen , as far as the child is been active and having his diet well not to worry , give him as much he can take, fluids are very much important, also offer seasonal fresh fruits , vegetable soups , etc as well coconut water , mild flavoured foods easy to digest ones
