Q.
my 2 year old son has light dysentery one time 3 days before.,next day fever starts 100 degree..,whatever he eat vomit.,today we visit doctor...after that vomit stops eat little bit...no poop for 2 days then today night again poop like dysentery...is this any issue..?I'm worried

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. after 2 episodes of vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food.
do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waziting period.
if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor.
avoid giving milk and heavy diet.
vomit usually occuxrs due to gastritis
