Q.

My 2 year old son drinks more milk at night times even though I feed him solid food before he sleeps. He drinks almost 1 liter liquid (500ml milk + 500 ml water). I got to know it's not normal to drink so much. what will be it's consequences and how should I try to reduce quantity. If we don't give he starts crying at night times and we don't give him milk in day time

A. You should try to set a routine for him and give two cups of milk in a day in morning and evening and once if required can be given midnight otherwise gove water during night time
