my 2 year old son doesn't respond to anything being said to him nor understand language and he just babbles a lotttt but don't say a word.

A. Hello my dear parent! Communicate more effectively with your child. Encourage your child to express and share. Limit the screen time. Try engaging your child with Babyhug story, books and activities. Consult your doctor for further guidance in this matter, good luck and take care.
