my 2 year old kid have white spot on both the knees. what should we do ?

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by drynerss of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper moucsturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
