My 2 year old girl understands what ever we say and does the work as it. But doesn't talk much what might be the reason

A. Sometimes kids have a speech delay so they do not talk in an early stage sometimes kids can have a delay because of mobile or screen time so that also can b a reason so check for that and try to talk to your child more and more that will help
