there is a possibility that your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not

Consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet.
