my 2 year old boy is doing 7 to 8 loose stools per day ,my doc has given him enterogermina and z& d medicine ,it is not working he is getting weak ,what to do ??

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with managemefnt for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucoufs high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi parent please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc please avoid all packed food please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
