My 2-year-old baby is showing signs of fussiness, anger, hitting herself, and having difficulty with feeding and sleeping. Could there be a health issue? Please help.

Teething and premolars are one thing which could be extremely annoying which is when kids behave like the second could be they willing to express something because they’re having a problem but you are unable to understand and they are unable to express that due to frustration they behave like this but it is a normal thing to be seen there’s nothing wrong with the child
