My 2 year old baby boy upper lip and gums are connected is that a problem

A. mam it is difficult to say anything without proper examination of the baby. it is advisable to get the baby examined by a professional pediatrician. the doctor can physically examine the baby and suggest any medicine or any procedure if necessary.
