Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi it happens because of many reasons like mosquito bites, insect bite, fungal infection, allergic reaction or particular health condition like hand,foot and mouth disease please visit your pediatrician for once apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on this
