Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Other calcium rich foods are : Give yoghurt and cheese. Include atleast one serving of dairy product everyday in your kid's diet. Give oranges or freshly squeezed orange juice. Give soy milk, soy yoghurt and tofu. Give plain almonds or almonds in the form of almond butter, almond milk or milkshake. Give green vegetables such as spinach, okra, broccoli, amaranth, french beans, cluster beans, green peas etc, beans and lentils like white kidney beans, navy beans, chickpeas and soybeans. Cereals like ragi, bajra and brown rice; red meat and chicken, fish like tuna, trout, shrimp, cod, salmon and sardines, eggs and sesame seeds are also rich in calcium.
Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Instead of offering plain milk, offer fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give almond milk, kesar milk and turmeric milk. Offer milk in quirky mugs or fancy sippers so that it attracts your kid's attention.
