Q.

my 2 year 8 month says repeatedly hungry at midnight.. can I give idly to him???

A. yes definitely try cereals too ok.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. hi you can give. but instead of idli ,you can give milk and gradually decrease milk amount by diluting it with water. give heavy food items like sheera, rab etc at night time meal which will help to decrease night time waking frequency.
