I am 4 months pregnant, I feel really hungry at night. What should I eat to satisfy midnight hunger?

A. Hello mam Have a protein source in dinner to reduce the hunger pan for example like moong daal or paneer or soya or beans or eggs For hunger pangs u can have a glass of milk or makhana with dry fruits or fruit or home made aata mathri or peanut butter and toast

Yeh Of course you can eat in the middle of the night so would advise you to keep some biscuits all again a fox nuts or puffed rice whatever you like all these things you don’t like these easy is munching snacks keep it on your bedside and if you feel hungry in the middle of the night you can always have them because certain things are very healthy to be eaten and you should never stay hungry when you are pregnant and when you are feeding
