Q.
my 2 year 5 months baby girl got heavy rashes through out bady .at evening it showed heavily on skin all over body at that time body becomes heat plzzz suggest me the reason for this and give solution

I don’t think so it is because of heat I think it’s an allergy that is spreading it could be food allergy or something currently you can apply Alameen lotion on the entire body use it two times at least the full child goes to sleep and get it checked with your doctor
