my 2 year 4 months son puts finger inside the mouth and cries has mild fever ranging from 99-100degree fever. eating well and active. body doesn't feel warm but thermometer shows mild fever. what may be the reason for it

A. it is important to give plenty of water to the child and also the body sponge and keep the child in cool atmosphere and whenever the temperature is hundred or more in the armpit of the child you have to give paracetamol
