My 2 year 2 month son got 101 Fever.Shall I dolo 120 every 4 hours?

A. Fever is high still you have to repeat the medicine every six hours you can do cold sponge if the fever is more than 102 103°F 101 is not a high fever it’s normal so you can continue with the paracetamol every six hours and check with your doctor for further assistance

A. 120 dose is very high and can be given only thrice a day..4 times a day if emergency..consult your doctor according to your baby for right doses
