my 2 months old suddenly poop in green color from past 3 days. I am giving expressed breast milk during day and breastfeeding at night. Should I contact the doctor is this sign of any infection.

A. imbalance od Hindmilk of fore milk often resulting in frothy green stools in babies. Allowing your baby to suck milk fully from one breast before switching to the other breast.
