A. it is a medicine it is important for you to understand that any medicine except multivitamins which is given to children have side effects on the child. they should not be given on daily basis but should be given only when required. meet your doctor who will tell you what is the indication and how many times it can be given. (this applies to anti-colic medicines as well as digestive medicines/ enzymes, gripe water, bonnisan, gutti etc of any branch that is allopathic or homoeopathic or ayurvedic).

A. good morning I would recommend that instead you should try giving gripe water to the child and it is advisable to give tummy time to reduce gastric issues you should also give your child do cycling exercise
