my 2 months breastfeed baby didn't poop for 5 days and he farts very much and it's smell very bad .it is normal?

A. Make sure you burp baby after feeding and give tummy time to baby during day time and bonnisan drops can be given for indigestion and keep feeding the baby well on regular intervals

Constipation is completely normal in this disease there is nothing wrong in it because the child is on hundred percent liquids a lot of times they do not pass motion which is considered normal along with that child having smelly fart then that’s basically associated with constipation which is not a problem
