My 2 months 7 days old son only breastfeed for 5 minutes in 2 hours gap. Is this normal? How to know he is getting enough milk?

A. dear parent, feeding pattern varies from baby to baby. some babies feed for shorter duration and some longer. you should feed as per your baby's demand. if baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours and is active, alert, gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient.

A. This is just a way to evaluate is that the child should be full for at least 2 to 3 hours after taking one feeding from you and the weight should be about 500 g gain in a month on a minimum side that means that your child is having enough feeding from you in a month
