Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. better you calpol drops Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees

If your baby is between 2 and 3 months old and their temperature (taken any way) is greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, call your baby's primary care provider immediately.
