Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis

If Applying too much pressure while passing motion then there could be a possibility certain times to have a frothy potty or they could be form into it but that’s considered completely normal if your child is normal after that and she is showing no sign of discomfort or pain then it’s all good
