Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. its normal gastrocolic reflex its normal as per the age and according to the details you have mentioned if not associated with any other problems repetitively,you should not worry it does not require any kind of treatment or medicine
if you have any more doubt you can get examination done once by the doctor available nearby and get further guidance regarding this.

Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Burp the baby after every feed. Give good tummy time everyday. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from discomfort. Good luck and take care
