My 2 months 10 days old baby poop very little whenever she fart,cry loud,sneezes and sometimes she passes green poop too,usually she poop two times a day.but problem is that after that also she passes little poop everytime she fart,cry loud,sneezes etc ,almost 20 times a day,She has been doing this since last 20 days ..I have not given any medicine for this ..Do I need to give ,Does zinc drop and Bonnispaz drop will help ..If so how many drop,,kindly help
