my 2 month old baby boy getting loose motions after my feed what can I do please suggest me

Generally of loose motions are common in this age but if your child is constantly facing loose motion then in that case you should get a check with your doctor once whatever the situation is if it is normal or there is a problem the doctor would be able to give you guidance on that
