Q.
my 2 month not sleeping in day time . he is highly sensitive to sounds . but he sleeps when travelling. and not smiling at people and not making much eye contact always looking up . should I worry for autism ??

Meet the doctor for complete examination If needed the doctor will go for investigations q from your history appears to be more or less normal
