My 2 month baby is suddenly blackish in tongue

A. a blackish tongue in a 2-month-old baby should be evaluated by a pediatrician immediately, as it could be a symptom of oral thrush or, in rarer cases, something more serious like a vitamin B12or iron deficiency, or a congenital condition.Do not try to diagnose or treat the condition at home. as proper diagnosis is crucial for the baby's safety and health.

A. If you’re giving any iron supplement to the child then that can be associated with it because iron supplement can lead to tongue blackness teeth blackness if there are any and also it could be associated with black coloured motion
