my 2 month baby is keeping her hands in mouth even after feeding . should I worry about it

it's fine
such type of habits and behaviour usually improve with increasing age of the child and does not require any type of intervention.
you can divert the child to prevent the habit / behaviour.
this is totally fine and not to be worried about.

babies do this to explore their body parts
so nothing to worry
just try different feeding positions
keep your child hands clean.
