A. Most 9f the toddlers are fussy and picky eaters and prefer to eat food which are easy to swallow. Therefore, it is important to give lots of finger foods to develop chewing habits. Do not force feed and make eating a fun time. Serve in a kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range and give in different shapes and colors. Do not give spicy food as it will do nothing healthy. Just mix salt, turmeric and coriander powder, if needed.
