my 2 and half month old baby girl height is 51 inches and head circumference is 15 cm , and weight is 4.1kg, is it normal and healthy?

Are you sure the circumference is 15 cm because this is actually not right by this age kids usually are having had circumference of 30 or 32 cm depending upon what was the statistics at the time of birth I would recommend that you please check with your doctor regarding that
