My 2.9 year old son complains of pain in his leg n foot every second day. It happens mostly during night time. Sometimes he even gets up midnight n cries bcoz of this pain. Then i massage his leg for some time n he feels better. What could be the reason?

A. it can be a part of growth pain and sometimes it can be a part of nutritional deficiency as well as deficiency of vitamin d and I water level in the body so after massage if it is not improving kindly meet your doctor
