Q.

My 2.8 year old wants only junk food like maggi chocolates what he sees on TV and sees other kids having. I try all parathas dosas and other options but doesn't like anything I even try making roti pizza or cheese sandwich but he rejects. now he only fills his stomach with milk 800-900ml a day

A. Hello dear parent! Firstly, limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day so that your child has a chance of eating solids due to hunger. Avoid outside foods completely, they are high in sugars and calories but very low in nutrition. They cause unnecessary obesity in the long run. Involve your child in family meals. You might need to be a little clear and stern with your child while feeding healthy diet
