My 2.7 year old boy is having pale yellow stool since last 5 days. initially for one day he had gas and loose motions, but now no other symptoms, except he is not eating well. What should I do?

A. that's look normal, give your baby sufficient fluids, give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.
