A. Constipation is a problem where there is difficulty in passing the stools and it could be very hard leading to sometimes injury and it becomes a chronic condition in most of the cases if not treated properly . most important thing is a proper diet with good fibre and plenty of liquids . Also avoidance of food which can aggravate the condition like Banana excess of milk and food with maida and junk .j medications should be given like lactulose or polyethylene glycol but only in guidance with the doctor. In emergency situation glycerine suppository or enema is useful.

A. Include high-fiber foods, such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your child's diet, as well as non-dairy fluids (limit milk to two glasses a day). This can help make stools softer, increase the need to go, and make pooping easier and painless.
