my 2.6 yr old passed 4 times today ,not watery but it's loose with undigested food particles what to do

A. So that is basically due to indigestion only so I would advise you to go ahead with consulting your doctor for proper medicines because sometimes it can face in digestion to do any of the reasons so they will help you with the right medicine to go for
