Q.

My 2.5 yrs old son doesn't eat anything cooked at home. he only drinks milk and always want the packet chips and snacks and chocolete. he drinks 1ltr milk a day. i am worry that he is not getting the proper nutrition which his body requires. please suggest what can I do?

A. i have even tried everything and keep trying on that however nothing is working here. is there anything do avoid nutrition deficiency? or could there be any iron deficiency because of that he is not eating food?

A. It’s common for toddlers to eat very small amounts, be fussy or not eat at all. Give toddlers healthy food, and let them decide how much food to eat. Look at toddler appetite over a week or more, rather than over a single meal or single day. Try to create a positive eating environment, keep offering new foods and follow your toddler’s lead.
