DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2.5 years old and if his Hb is less than 10 gms then you should give him iron drops like orofer xt 2.5 ml twice a day till the Hb raises upto 13/15 gms and deworm him
