Q.
My 2.5 year old daughter stomach is tight since day before yesterday . Her poop is loose not tight one or two times a day. Due to bloated/tight stomach she is not feeling hungry. She complaint of pain in stomach day before yesterday night only which went away after clearing of stomach. I am feeding her khicdi amd banana, curd. Do I need to give any medicine or need to visit doctor in this case or it will go away slowly.

proper treatment suggestions would be given in certain cacses only after proper clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment
