my 2.5 year old daughter has got a serious cut in her finger today. bleeding is not stopped and she is crying a lot. what to do?

A. press upon the area tightly and if it is still not stopping the bleed then please visit the doctor immediately in the emergency section and for pain you can give Paracetamol and maintain hygiene
