A. Drinking too much milk can lead to picky eating, as we already discussed. It can also lead to iron-deficiency anemia. It is important to limit a toddler's milk to 2 cups per day or 16 ounces. When it comes to dairy, toddlers do not need more than 2-3 servings per day total.
