Q.

My 2.5 year daughter is suffering from leg pain from.last one yaer approx. It's not regular, it occurs once in week or sometimes in 10-20 days. she cries a lot whole night. I am trying to give her balanced diet. Is it really growing pain? Otherwise she is an active child. Also she jumps a lot on bed..

A. these are growing pains mam. diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. May Be your child gets tired jumping on the bed which is why there is too much of leg pain but still do not take it lightly because if it is happening every now and then maybe if it is happening once or twice in a week or so it definitely needs medical attention so please just consult your paediatrician ones
