My 2.5 months old daughter has sunken fontanelle from a days. She usually takes a combination feed alternating. She has no passed motion from 2 days. urine is normal. what could be the reason?

This is completely normal because constipation is a very common issue with kids at this age so the urine output is proper they do not worry about the motion of the child just focus upon proper amount of urine which should be at least a minimum of 12 times in the day and also proper row feeding should be there
