my 2.5 month old girl is crying since from the last night because she is having ear pain could u plz suggest me

A. Any medicine that you’ve been giving for fever you can use that as paracetamol to reduce the pain and check with your doctor because first of all I don’t understand how do you know it is ear pain and if you are very certain about it to consult ENT doctor
