A. Hello! Cough and cold medicine should not be given just like that to the baby without consulting the doctor as the medication depends on the severity of the symptoms. Try giving indirect steam inhalation twice daily to the child. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand. Give the medication only as advised by the doctor.
